LOCTITE® 460 is a clear, low-viscosity, low-odor, low-color oxyethyl-based product that bonds rapidly (5-20s) to a variety of materials including metals, plastics, and elastomers. It is particularly recommended where evaporation is difficult to control and is excellent for bonding porous or absorbent materials.
