Fertilizer spreader for precision farming and with weighing system
Optimal spreading of fertiliser means using exact amounts of nutrition and avoiding overlap. Different fertilisers have a mix of different granular sizes, which is influencing the spreading pattern and the maximum possible spreading width. The flow rate will depend very much on the fertiliser properties (granules size, shape and weight) and will change with increasing or decreasing the humidity. The ideal fertilizer has 80% of the granules in the size range 2- 4,75 mm - then wider working width, than bigger granular size should dominate. But not over 4,75 mm, as too big granules may damage the crop. A good blend needs granules with similar specific weights and similar sizes.
Kubota spreaders discs have 8 large spreading vanes, which allow most accurate spreading pattern and reduce wearing of vanes.
RotaFlow system:central release point, smooth acceleration and centrifugal force accelerates fertilizer up to disc speed before it reaches the vane: no fragmentation, no dust.
Flat discs, horisontal spreading pattern - minimal wind influence, maximum tolerance.
